Please note, a booking fee/deposit of £295 is required to secure our mobile bar for the date of your event, and there is a minimum spend of £700 (During most events, the minimum spend is usually achieved within the first few hours, and our team inform you when the minimum spend has been met. Should the minimum spend not be met by the end of your event, it is your responsibility to make-up the difference).

Once your booking has been confirmed, you receive the following for your event:

  • Full Hire of one of our bars for the Duration of Your Day (Excludes Drinks Packages)
  • A Temporary Event Notice to Allow the Sale of Alcohol at Your Event
  • Two Fully Qualified, Friendly Members of Staff to Run the Bar
  • The Option to Customise the Bar to Your Needs, Including a Full Choice of Drinks Menu
  • Disposable Glassware/ Straws and Napkins

Our experienced team of bar staff attend your event with an assortment of alcoholic drinks. As personal license holders, we take care of the licensing application if one is required. A hire fee is payable with an agreed minimum spend. If you wish, you can place an amount behind the bar to contribute to the minimum spend. If you choose to do this, a partial free bar is available for your guests.
Ensure your guests have a wonderful time at your event by putting an amount behind the bar or issuing drinks tokens to a set amount so they can have a drink on you! This can be a set amount (after which, the bar become a guest’s bar), or an arrangement where everyone’s first drink is put on a tab. As the host, it is your responsibility to pay for the tab. A hire fee is payable with an agreed minimum spend.
Feeling generous? Choose our open bar option. Throughout the event, your guests will not be charged for their drinks, and a running tab is used for the duration of the event. The tab is paid at the end of the night either by cash or card. Alternatively, a set drinks menu can be designed for your event, and a set price is charged per head. A hire fee is payable with an agreed minimum spend.

Mobile Bars Yorkshire Ltd Terms and Conditions For Booking & Payment:

Check the box to confirm your chosen date and Time. Please note, a deposit payment must be received within 7 days of receipt of the booking form.
Check the box to confirm in the unlikely event of the venue and/or the event being refused an alcohol license, the booking fee less any costs incurred in the alcohol license application process will be refunded.
Check the box to confirm that you understand that in all circumstances our acceptance of this signed booking, along with acknowledgement of our terms and conditions and receipt of full deposit payment will constitute a legally binding contract between ‘Mobile Bars Yorkshire Ltd’ and the client(s) / company named on the booking form.
Check the box to confirm that you understand, should the booking include any additional items i.e. sound systems, glassware hire, marquee hire etc, payment for these must be received sufficiently in advance, and no less than 28 days before the event, to enable any production or manufacturing process to be completed prior to the event.
Check the box to confirm that you understand any further payments due for additional services/drinks packages must be received as cleared funds not less than 14 days prior to the event. This includes the minimum spend. 24hrs after the event, the £700.00 minimum spend or part of, will be returned to your bank via BACs payment.
Check the box to confirm that full refunds (except deposit) will only be offered if events are cancelled within a minimum of 4 weeks of the scheduled event date, After this period, no refund will be applicable. If under government guidance Covid-19 turns into Covid-21/22 and restrictions are put on gatherings we can offer an alternative date of your choice.
Check the box to confirm that you acknowledge all of our bars work under The Licensing Act 2003, and all relevant restrictions will be upheld by our staff. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase, attempt to purchase or consume alcohol at the event. We would suggest that anyone who looks or could be thought to be under the age of Twenty Five (25) brings photographic ID/proof of age with them or we will not be able to serve them. We will refuse to serve anyone at the event who is or appears to be excessively drunk or uses threatening or abusive behaviour towards staff, customers or other guests. We will also refuse to serve anyone who purchases or attempts to purchase alcohol for someone under the age of 18 or someone who has previously been refused alcohol by the bar staff. The decision on such matters will be taken by the bar staff and will be final. The bar staff also reserve the right to close the bar at any time if in their opinion unruly or troublesome behaviour has arisen or is likely to arise within the venue or its environs.

Only drinks purchased from Mobile Bars Yorkshire’s bars can be consumed during the times stated on the Temporary Events Notice due to licensing laws.

For all bookings we will require vehicle access to drop off our bar and equipment (as applicable) and have a relatively level site of around 6m x 6m this includes space for the bar and additional refrigerated trailer. A larger area will be required to include 2 x 3 metre parasols plus 4 tables and chairs if required. Electrical requirements 2 x 13A supplies i.e. twin socket outlet within 25 metres of the bar position (if this is not available a silent generator can be provided at additional cost. A complementary site visit before your event is advisable to finalise details.

Payment of Your Deposit
